How We Work

Our Project Work Flow Process

Plastic Collection

The first step in the recycling process is the collection of post-consumer materials from homes, businesses, and institutions.

Sorting & Categorizing

The next step in the plastic recycling process is sorting the plastic based on properties such as color, thickness, and use to avoid the contamination.

Washing & Shredding

Washing removes some of the impurities that can impede the operation. The plastic is fed into shredders, which break it down into smaller pieces.

Creating The Final Product

The shredded plastic is melted and crushed together and taking through our final process of generating the circular and square plastic poles.
